Pelton turbine with the feature of wide flow high-efficiency region.

It could start a turbine with 10% of the rated flow.

Pelton turbine with one or two nozzles usually adopts horizontal arrangement, but multiple nozzle Pelton turbine adopts vertical arrangement.

Pelton turbine units are widely used in mountain areas all over the world and are well known for their simple structure, less investment, high efficiency, and reliable long service life.

3, Kaplan turbine

Kaplan turbine is a kind of turbine suited to low water heads 3-45 meters, and with a certain big flow, normally divided into fixed blades and adjustable blades turbine.

The main components include a runner, draft cone, water chamber, guide vane, bearing, and main shaft.

The spiral case could be steel or concrete.

The runner diameter we can manufacture is from 80cm to 4 meters, with a rated output of 50Kw to 20Mw.

Turbine units normally have vertical shaft arrangements.

Generators equipped with the same or different shafts, with Anyway, they will share the same rotating speed.

If specially required, a speed increase gear could be equipped between the turbine and generator in order to smaller the generator size.

4. Turgo Turbine

 Turgo turbine is a type of Impulse turbine that needs less water head than a Pelton turbine, transfers the water dynamic energy through the nozzle, impacts on the Turgo runner, and then drives the generator transfer to electrical energy.

The main difference between the Turgo turbine and the Pelton turbine is the angle of the runner center line and jet center line.

Turgo turbine suit to 30-400meter water head, and water flow 30L /s -2000L/s, and output range from 10Kw to 3200Kw; runner diameter from 32cm to 80cm.

Turgo turbines are designed as horizontal structures, with less investment, high efficiency, and reliable long service life.

Generator

Hydro turbine generator is droved directly or indirectly by hydro turbine.

The rotating speed is less than 1500r/min, with horizontal and vertical arrangement.

Excitation mode with brushless and static silicon type.

Components include stator, rotor, base frame, bearing, excitation motor, or collecting ring.

The outlet voltage is from 400V to 13.8KV, and the frequency could be 50Hz or 60Hz, with output from 50Kw to 50Mw.
